Music City Metals 06730 Ceramic Electrode Replacement for Select Gas Grill Models by Amana, Perfect Flame and Others

The ceramic electrode fits in where the old electrode was. The bent tip was not as long and the original electrode tip on my grill. I could have drilled a new hole that was closer, but decided to angle the electrode so that the tip was closer to the burner. Others have commented negatively based on the difficulty they had removing their old electrode. While I did have some difficulty due to old rusty screws, the issue was with my grill and not these electrodes. I had to drill out the screws from inside my grill box and was then able to install these with ease. I replaced the burners, heat deflectors and the electrodes all at a fraction of the cost of a new grill. When I need to replace these and other parts, I will most likely go this route rather than buy a new grill.

This a good heavy duty electrode. I ordered two of them to replace the more flimsy ones one the propane stove in my travel trailer. So far they have been doing a good job. The electrode wire itself was too long for my purpose, so I just cut it to the length I needed & it works fine.
