The Valk 3 Mini QiYi 3x3 Stickerless Speed Cuber 4.74cm Magic Cube

I bought this for my wife to use at work, and needed something pocketable while still maintaining the integrity of a proper speedcube. For the record, I've never personally been a Valk fan, but this is honestly the most recommended cube for my wife's needs (women's jean pockets are small etc etc etc).My daily is actually a GTS2, for reference. The mini Valk 3 is super buttery, and honestly it's just as buttery as my GTS2 out of the box. Obviously, the first thing you'll notice is how amazingly tiny it is. That's the point though, but how well does it play? Very very very good. Seriously, this thing is an absolute monster. My biggest complaint were a few lockups during F2L, which led me to applying a bit of lube to the core and pieces (very little amount honestly), then I tightened every side by a full 360 degree turn on the screws.... it's absolutely magical now. I'm getting about a 4 second cripple due to the size, but no lockups now, and I'm sure that 4 seconds would disappear after getting used to it (as well as break-in). It feels very light in the hand, which might be the weirdest part about this cube in all honesty.I had a hard time finding proper reviews on this cube. This cube does lockup out of the box just as a few reviews have said, but after some tuning the lockups completely went away. I won't say this lightly: this thing is an absolute monster, and I just ordered a second one for myself; this might very well become my new main after I throw some n35s in it and tune it. If you are over-aggressive with your solves, then I definitely would avoid this cube, because it's one of those weird cubes that loves finesse.
