Did not fit my 54mm portafilter (Breville BES840XL the Infuser Espresso Machine). Original Item description when purchased (oct'17)..."Coffee Tamper,Calibrated Coffee Bean Press,Stainless Steel Smooth Base(54 mm)"...now (mar'18) is "Calibrated Espresso Coffee Tamper 53 mm with Stainless Steel Flat Base and Aluminum Handle".Waste of money.Update 19/Mar/2018: Dfamy contact me to follow up con customer satisfaction, they send me a new calibrated 53mm tamper which fit perfectly con my 54mm portafilter. It presses the coffee right in the spot to give a consistent brew every time. 5 star also for customer service.

this helps get consistent espresso

Came in with lots of scratches on the bottom. The product was extremely dirty, like someone has dropped it into a pit full of chipped wood. Amazon packaging was alright, this must have happened before. I would be ashamed to send out a product like this. Besides, what's about all the scratches? See pictures.

Product broke in 2 weeks of light use...buyers beware!! Poor quality control - buy your tamper somewhere else.
