Donner Upright Digital Piano Graded Hammer Action 88 Keys, DDP-300

Easily put together, lovely tone and I'm enjoying using it as a learner.

Very quick delivery, the box and packaging very good, everything safe and secure. Assembley was easy. The main body of the piano is heavy so advisable for two people to lift onto the stand. The keys look nice and feel realistic with the graduated weighted key. Very pleased with the purchase.

First of all - it’s not black! Shut your eyes and it sounds like a proper piano. My son, who plays it, says it feels like one as well. It has two headphone sockets so two can play/listen when their child is asleep.

That's ok. One key sound is very lowd. Give 4 stars.

Love the look and the quality of the keyboard the sound is excellent its a nice and sturdy design and for whats offered it is excellent value for the money. Looks great plays great sounds great and no frills bits. Excellent.

Bought this for my children who are around grade 5+ as an upgrade from the keyboard we had. They are very happy with the keys the feel and the sound. I’d sY if you’re considering inviting an upright this is definitely a competitive alternative in terms of price !

Initially I was pleased with this piano. It wasn't until a week or so after I received it that I realised that the top octave did not work. By that time I had disposed of the box in which it came. I messaged Donner explaining that I am in my 80s, unableto disassemble an package it myself and that they would need to arrange for someone to do this. They ignored the message. Fortunately Amazon was very helpful, explaining that if I could get someone to disassemble it, package it as best they could (bubble wrap or similar) someone would come to collect it at a day of my choosing. This was organised with the help of a neighbour, the piano collected and refund processed immediarely. However I must advise strongly against buying this piano. In addition to the appalling lack of service from Donner and the silent top octave, after ten days of use the keys developed a very unpleasant "clunk" sound as they were released. Reading other more positive reviews I must assume that I was unlucky but there will almost certainly be other disasters. Caveat Emptor.
