This was a little smaller than expected, but great for newborn to 6 months, depending on the baby's size

This is adorable. For a novelty item this is fantastic. I was so excited to find this for my niece. However, I don't think I would use this all the time as it's just cotton. A+ for cuteness, B- for everyday use.

Wasn very soft after washing, faded quite a bit too
