Great texture, no smell, love these!
Spaghetti or alfredo, or mixed with Turkey taco burger, these “diet” noodles fill like pasta and are almost calorie free. The texture is way better than any others I’ve tried, and they don’t have an odd smell. I’ve tried A LOT of brands and types over the last 11 years. Used this type of noodle to help lose baby weight twice and now that I found this great texture noodle, they are just a staple in my diet. When I make pasta for my family, they get the pasta and I just use these for my plate bc, now in my 40s and little changes daily make a difference!

Healthy Ramen Alternative.
An excellent option for healthier ramen. I was worried about the common fishy scent usually associated with shirataki but these had no off smell at all. They're firmer than regular noodles, so they hold up well to cooking in broth to really pick up the good flavors. The price for ten packs is phenomenal and will have me set for my usual work lunch for a couple weeks. I made a quick lunch of these noodles, some Ocean's Halo ramen broth, some nori komi furikake seasoning, ginger, and a boiled egg and it was far superior to any instant ramen out there. I'll be trying my hand at stir fried noodles with these soon.

Pleasantly surprised! Low calorie!!!
I am very pleasantly surprised. I used them on top of a salad and also with sauce as a side dish.I like the texture, my husband did not but i am not surprised by that. The taste is good, there is not much flavor so you would use it with spices or sauce.By pros: super low calorie (6 per pouch), sugar free, fat free, gluten free, gmo freeze. The serving size seemed small but it is ok for a side.I will keep eating those for sure!!

Good substitute
Good substitute for Ramen but the texture is more rubbery. I dont mind for only 5 callories or so.

Easy prep. No smell, taste, or calories.
I tried this stuff for the first time tonight as a rice substitute. Prep was very easy. I emptied 2 bags into a mesh strainer, rinsed, and then placed in a bowl with a paper towel on the bottom to dry it off. I’ve heard that some brands can smell or taste weird but that wasn’t my experience with this at all. It has zero smell and zero taste. This stuff looks just like rice but the different is noticeable when you chew it. The texture is similar to soaked chia seeds or maybe the little pods of tapioca in tapioca pudding. Overall I really like it as a substitute and will buy again when these run out. There are no carbs and basically no calories so it makes reaching weight loss goals much easier.

Great buy
These were delicious and had no fishy or off-putting smell out of the package like other konjac noodles sometimes do. Nice variety and good quality. Already reordering!

Great replacement for regular pasta
These are just what I was looking for, having diabetes , I cannot have regular pasta, this helps to satisfy my craving .Honestly they have no taste, they take on the taste of the sauce you use.Love that I can have a whole pack and only has 6 grams of carbs..

They're Edible...
So if you're buying these, it's definitely not because they taste amazing. It's so you can eat some noodles and feel full while consuming basically zero calories. The biggest problem with these for me is the texture; they're very rubbery almost like an old rubber band. I tried them as a soup in some bone broth and I couldn't do it. What works for me is a tablespoon of avocado oil, a pack of these noodles, and a package of bone broth powder tossed into a small frying pan. Fry them up for 6-7 minutes on medium heat. They absorb the flavor quite well and frying seems to help a little with the texture. This is a decent-sized snack for under 100 calories and I get 10g of protein from the bone broth powder. It sure beats easting a bag of Funyuns.
