Works great for TPO roofs.
I applied this coating on my 2012 29ft Cruiser RV Viewfinder's TPO roof in early spring last year with great results. Washed the roof with Dawn, spot cleaned where there was pine sap to make sure it is all removed than pressure washed it twice, let it dry and applied the primer. Followed directions and applied the main product. For the first coating, the temps were in the mid 70s and sunny, the product dried nicely, however, then the weather got colder, in the 50's and cloudy and the product took most of the day not not be tacky and it was still soft 3.5 days later. I was not able to do the 3rd coating until 2.5 weeks later (after another pressure wash) as the weather did not cooperate and it rained for multiple days. I was worried it was too long of a delay, however, all turned out great and the product is well bonded with the roof, no blistering and no peeling. Still have almost half of the 5 gallon bucket left over (as well as half of the 1 gal primer) after 3 coats. The product is a bit thin (watery) in consistency but the coverage is very good and the roof is perfectly white. As it is not viscous, take precautions to prevent runs and apply thin layers; I had couple of runs on the back of the trailer, I waited too long to wipe them off and they were a pain to remove as the product's adhesion is super good once mostly dry. The roof is still looking great after 1.5 years and I am sure it will extend the life of my aging TPO roof by many years. Once dried, it feels rubbery, so if you have pinhole punctures it will fill those in and seal them. I would apply this to new roofs as well to extend their lifespan exponentially, it's a much cheaper and much less labor intensive option to replacing the roof. Very satisfied with the product and have already recommended it to several of my RV buddies. No idea how it would perform on an EPDM roof as those are always problematic as far as coatings go but for TPO this stuff works like a dream.

Easy to apply
Very easy to apply. Used less than I expected. Only applied it 4 or 5 months ago, so time will tell. So far, so good.

The white color reflects off the sun, keeping the interior cooler and sealed
The sealer is working good, the color white reflects off the heat from the sun, and makes the roof a lot cooler

Great product
This product works great on rv roofs. My mothers 50ft toy hauler was covered with two coats about 8 mill thick and it only used half the bucket. Seal around penitrations with a different product then use this product over everything. No leaks for 8 years if docked and 3 to 4 if you travle.

Lot's left over
Will see just finished a 40ft toyhauler roof. It looks great but will check on it every few months had to replace the skylight and the main A/C unit also. I did use eternabond tape in some areas and painted over it along with dicor lap sealant. Time will tell I will check, I rolled and painted on 2 coats still have about half of 4.75 bucket left to use
