so far everything I get from Govee has been top notch, somehow they have manage to create a seamless wifi configuration process. While other brands have products that take for ever to be discovered by the network, these work great.As a heater, it does not overheat of gets hot on the sides, seems pretty safe.

I live in an old 29ft 5th wheel full time in Northern Idaho. Not very winterized. Each winter I'm working on improvements, for now, I still have cracks & hidden holes to seal up & need new door seals & window seals next. I loose a lot of heat with the propane heaters, cheaper to go with electric. When temps are neg degrees, I needed two of these plus a seperate little one (diff brand) in my bedroom area (Only in use when I am in the bedroom or taking showers). These two are heating the larger side of my trailer (kitchen, living room & slideout) I love the temp controls thru the app & heat both put out. Both are now on low, synced up & working extremely well! A perfect 68 degrees in here! However, it is 34 degrees outside right now, the real test is the next artic blast 20 degrees & neg temps. I very much like the scheduling feature & many other themed features (in the app) I'm pretty sure these will keep me & my fur babies warm for the rest of this winter. I imagine after more renovation work is completed, these will work even better and cost less to run. For now, I'm super grateful & still saving money compared to expensive & excessive propane use. Love the app too, was easy to blue tooth & easy to manage both units thru the app. Lot's of points & rewards using the app that can go towards future products I am interested in. Want some of thier outdoor lighting products & an air purifier. Loving the stand, safety features, power & controls thru my c/p. Space saver compared to my old electric foe-fire place that wore out after only 2yrs. Game changer! I LOVE that I can clean the filter. Very easy to remove & re-connect. Very much needed to maintain living with pets & the moisture up here. I think these units are easy to do maintenance and prolong the life & use. Fingers crossed!

works as expected, app adds extra feature.wife can tell Alexa to turn on the heater and change the level, and rotation on and offhowever if she tells Alexa to ' turn heater off' Alexa always says the heater is not responding, to that one command.she can say 'turn heater on for 30 min' and that does turn off after 30 min . so it's a bit weird.To turn OFF the heater she has to say `turn heater on for 1 minet` and it does turn off after that time.Perhaps if we changed the name from "Heater" it may respond better, perhaps "heater" is some special device word for alexa. But retraining granny to say something other than "Heater" will be hard after this time. So Name yours something else - like "Hotspot" or other phrase.it heats well and not super loud.The Voice controll is well worth for Granny. Even if its weird. She always sets a time for it to run.

Es un poco ruidoso y el aire que avienta en la potencia más alta puede sentirse mucho, pero para un uso personal y mitigar temperatura está excelente, no es caro y la conectividad a Alexa así como su app hace que sea muy fácil de apagar o cambiar desde la comodidad de tu cama y no salir de las cobijas a hacerlo

Recomendable para la época de frío, calienta muy bien una habitación mediana y gracias a la aplicación se puede controlar sin ningún problema, además de que es más cómodo de esa forma.No gasta tanta luz como otros y a pesar de ser de un tamaño pequeño cumple con su función.
