Easy to use and makes most cameras computer accessible.

I like the product and it does work well except for the inconvenience the adapter causes. The connection is not solid so the device will connect/disconnect intermittently. I just use the USB C connection and do not use the adapter and the reader works fine. It does the job I need it to and the inconvenience is not worth returning it since it works well through USB C connection.

My android phone didn't recognize it and this was my 3rd attempt to trying to get a good reader. I plugged it into my android tablet and it recognized it after clicking on "reformat usb drive" multiple times. I used a scan disk card and I have a memory stick pro duo that I tried on another reader and the other reader damaged the card. My camera no longer recognizes the stick. I put it in this reader and it reads to pro duo and I can see the files, but I can't click and open them so they are indeed a corrupt file. I'm not an extreme tech savy person to know how to recover these pictures, but at least I know they still are on the stick as there are hundreds of photos. Overall this product should work for any camera card you own.

Despite a comment that this Rocketek 7-in-1 card reader work with Chrome operating systems, it didn't for me. The documentation on the rocketek.hk site suggests solutions for Windows and for Mac, but nothing for Chrome OS. My experience is consistent: neither my Chromebook nor my Pixel phone registers this device when I connect it. I am ordering card reader from a different manufacturer, and I'm looking for specs that explicitly say the card reader is compatible with Chrome OS AND reviews that say someone has successfully used with the Android system.It's unfortunate I still have cameras that rely on physical media to transfer files. In a year or two, this will as quaint as the multifunction close-and-play stereo system that just crapped out on me, leaving me with no way to listen to my Blues Traveler CDs. Progress!

Bought for my Android 20S. Trying to move files. Attached unit and blue power light immediately comes on. Two, new, different brand SDX cards tried. Connection light flashes three times (if I wiggle cards) and goes out. Phone indicates it can't see any cards. Suspect poor contacts. No instructions SUCK.Update: returned and received a second unit > SAME. DOESN'T interact w my Android and no instructions or guidance is infuriating! I won't return, as not Amazon's fault. This manufacturer should not be allowed to sell products w NO instructions or even specifications.
