Easy to use, don't need too much pressure unlike other brands. Definitely worth the money.

400gsm card jammed in it. Hubby had to undo the screws and wrest out the jammed card. Seems unwilling to do 300gsm card, which is what I use an awful lot. Variable results with 275gsm to 300gsm. Paper of weight 80gsm can tear - too lightweight! I'm running out of will to experiment with this punch. Ideally I'd like it to do 250gsm up to and including 350gsm and without having to wonder if it'll do it each time. I've already ruined one greeting card using this gadget, and had to adjust other greeting cards when it damaged them instead of properly punching them.I hope it's just that I got sent an iffy punch as I've bought Craftelier punches before and no probs. If you buy, I suggest you experiment on every single weight of cardstock you have immediately; I didn't and regret it as it got too late to return it.It's not just the outright failure, but the variable results between iffy and almost successful, that mean I can't recommend this product. A shame as the pattern's lovely.
