So far, these are working well for my husband! He said the after taste (I believe he means burps lol) is horrible and the vitamin itself smells like those popular kids’ vitamins. They're very easy for him to remember to take, since everything is in one package for the day. He hasn't noticed arthritis pain reduction though, and vitamins may not help that at all anyway, regardless of brand. However, he loves them and they’re less expensive than his normal brand, so he’ll probably get some more, maybe “tweak” the formula a bit if they have something different. He has a lot more energy than before and has less “brain fog” than usual.I personally tried them around 6 am and started feeling horrible by noon, but that’s not really saying anything about the vitamin; my physical health is crap and I start feeling pretty bad by the end of the day. I really wish they helped me that well, because my brain fog is off the charts. I have MS, so I’m not sure vitamins would help that. I am very happy they’re helping my husband though!
