HiI got my truke buds about 10 days ago. Did not write product review for 10 days as I had a bitter experience with other two buds which I had used during last one year.I was little apprehensive while ordering but taken a chance and to my surprise it works wonderfully well.Pros1. Excellent sound quality2. Crystal clear calling. Other person is able to hear what you speak (my earlier buds used to give hush sound to the other person ) but this truke is giving clear calling quality.3. Good to see battery status in digital form.4. Fast charging.Cons1.Battery is draining little fast - but can be ignored as fast charging is there.Over all a very good product - best in class. Go ahead with no other thought in ordering.

I recently ordered a pair of "Truke buds pro" earbuds from Amazon with high expectations, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After just 7 days of use, one of the earbuds stopped functioning entirely, and to make matters worse, it refuses to charge as well. Needless to say, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this purchase, and I feel compelled to share my unpleasant experience with others.The earbuds arrived promptly, and I was initially impressed with the packaging and build quality. However, my excitement was short-lived as the product's performance started to deteriorate rapidly. Within the first week, the left earbud simply stopped producing any sound, rendering them practically useless. Additionally, the earbuds won't even charge now, leaving me with an expensive paperweight.Furthermore, the absence of any customer support from the manufacturer has been beyond frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I have not received a single response from their end. It is incredibly disheartening to invest in a supposedly reputable product only to be abandoned when issues arise.Moreover, the sound quality of the working earbud is mediocre at best. The promised "high-fidelity" audio is far from reality, with disappointing bass and muddy sound overall. The touch controls are finicky, often registering incorrect commands or not responding at all.I rely on my earbuds for various tasks, including work calls, exercise, and entertainment, and this defective product has severely disrupted my daily routine. I had hoped that investing in a supposedly high-quality product would bring convenience to my life, but instead, it has been a source of constant frustration.Considering the exorbitant price I paid for these earbuds, I expect a reliable and long-lasting product. Unfortunately, the "Truke buds pro" earbuds have failed to meet even the most basic expectations, let alone providing a premium audio experience.In conclusion, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of the "Truke buds pro" earbuds. The product's poor performance, lack of customer support, and overall unreliability make it an absolute waste of money. Amazon should take immediate action to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap. 1. Easy to Connect.2. Sound quality is Good 👍 (4/5)3. ANC works fine.4. ENC doesn't work upto the mark. They have mentioned 90% of surroundings sound will be suppressed, but what I experienced is it only suppress 40-50%.5. When I switch to Transperancy mode, there is a buzzing sound when I sit under Fan. Its very uncomfortable.6. Gaming mode: I do not recommend these buds for Gaming. 50 ms Ultra low latency is a bull shit thing which they have mentioned.7. Battery: Excellent battery backup -- 40hrs of backup including case.8. Charging time for the case 0-100% took 40-50 min9. Call quality is not good (3/5) Your voice gets changed slightly when you are on a call.10. 100% Worth buying it at Rs-1600/-, Excellent product with lot of features.

To start of the quality is nowhere like in the pictures and the charging is a dull and very faint display, the magnets are weak so the earpods come out if your not careful. the lid of the case is also flimsy...overall a Chinese generic earpod feel..even the voice is a Chinese woman trying to speak in English for alert voices. but having said that this earbuds are very light weight and snug fit in your ears and do not irritate your ears...music and sound quality is good too though at high volume the noise can be heard bleeding from the earbuds and noise cancellation is terrible lol as compared to something like realme buds air 3 in 3-4k range ...but but but this is far better in all other aspects if you can compromise on noise cancellation, cos it just feels like your ear canal is blocked. the realme one side stopped working after two falls and always falls of the ear, the battery like was terrible...the case always showed red .and can't believe all the youtubers promoted it as best budget ...never trusting reviews again...this is it for me ..though there are some cons atleast it's dependable for now...don't know for how long but for now it is.one more biggest con is that it doesn't have dual connection mode. which even the cheapest earbuds have it these days . so unless you swithoff Bluetooth or disconnect one device it won't let you connect to other

Truke ANC earbuds are good... I should add very good.As promised it has low latency,Good noise cancelation,Good sound quality(Each and every sound crystal clear clarity).Battery backup... haaa.... not that much good. When you play in ANC mode battery backup goes down to 4 hrs, which okay but not meet the expectation such as 10 hrs.On gaming mode 3D surround sound effects not working at best level. Most of the time it's miss to understand from which ear it's coming and try to mimic it's 3D surround. It's a failure on here.ANC is one good feature it has. 100 mark out of 100.Case battery training too fast. 48 hrs just a number! Half you can expect.Over all it's good to get one. 98 out of 100.
