Fulfills it's purpose. Takes about 45 minutes to melt a full pan and I never actually saw the green light come on to indicate all the wax was melted, so I had to keep a close eye. However, it does the trick! Nice clean pour and melted wax!

I got this wax furnace for my little side hustle, mainly I make candles for myself! This thing is amazing! It keeps the temperature easily and wipes clean easy too. It was super easy to take out of the box and setup. No assembly required! Just a work surface and an outlet! I’m very happy with the size, it’s not too big or too small. Just right for me!

I was having a problem with my wax melter after only owning its for few short months it wasn’t turning on or warming up at. I emailed customer support and I have to say ToAuto has the BEST customer service all around! Within 24 hours I had a response stating they needed to see when I ordered my melter to see if it was still under warranty or not and wanted to know what was going one. Once I explained everything again they told me it was under warranty still and they would be sending me a new replacement free a charge. As a Stay at home Mom who LOVES candles and making them they made me so happy. It’s the only melter I will ever use and that’s not a lie either. It’s the easiest to use and clean, it’s lightweight so after you’re done using it and you have to put it away to store it like I do it’s not hard to move. This is awesome! I have wanted something like this for awhile and this one looked perfect. My 11 yr old loves to make things and he wanted to make some candles . When this arrived, he couldn't wait to get started. We had been given a few candle making kits and had just never done anything with them. He started melting the wax, then added the colors and scents and poured them into the candle containers. He is able to use this 100% on his own. The only part i help with is the cleanup because it is hot. The large stir stick makes it so easy and the size is perfect.
