Great services short on the refund
Customer service was good. With the exception I did not get a full refund. I returned it because it was not a 4ohm speaker. Also it did not fit my enclosure. The company is very responsive.

Built heavy, sounds great.
Replaced the base part of our beringer B115 Eurolive. Speaker fit like a glove. This speaker has three times the magnets, much more solid.

Definitely worth the money
I do parties and outdoor venues. I built my own powered sub cabinets. After going through two pairs of name brand subs... I decided to try these. I've recently done two large outside venues, club style bass hitting music. These speakers worked flawlessly. Keeping in mind they were long play events, 8 hours long. If you're looking for hard hitting, deep bass, don't pass these up.

Interesting design with a double magnet very tough looking. I use them for drum riser subs.
