No, it doesn't, but you can purchase an adaptor from your local hardware store for around $3.00 that will work.

My down spouts are metal rectangles and the plastic rectangle fitting comes with it. I did have to find an adapter to go to the bottom to connect to Schedule 40 4 inch PVC
