Q: Does not come with all the items need to charge

There are two models in the link. _If you placed the single one C323 model, it's a battery powered one without charge, it's only 1*nose trimmer in the package. You need to use 1*AA battery to powered it. _If you placed C330 model as package showing, the package should be including 1* rechargeable nose trimmer, 1*base, 1*groomer blade head, 1*eyebrow blade head, 1*brush, 1*usb cable. Q: We can’t get it to charge. Are we doing something wrong. Does the arrow at the bottom mean anything?

Please use the provided USB cable for charging，you can charge the trimmer by your computer, your wall charger or mobile power. If it can't charge , please do not hesitate contact with us. The arrow on the bottom just shows how to put the cap back on when you replace a new battery.

Q: I am unable to fit anything but the nose trimmer. Please help I was only able to fit them once and after that they no longer fit

You have to make sure that they go on right try twisting it around until it goes in then lock it by twisting it the opposite way. If it does not go in at all it may be because of the product if you got it within 30 day return and get a refund or replace with the same item.

Q: How do I attach eye brow attachment?

I was able to attach the eye brow trimmer, however, after using a lot force the short/long attachment will not come off the trimmer. Is this related to the switch on the side? I've not found what that does. The instruction are far from complete.
