But in some, the feedback was of door glass breaking and delayed and costly replacement, in some the requisite features are there, but no light inside to see how the baking is happening, This wonderchef has all the requisite and user reviews also reflected that the OTG was working just fine. We have now had this for over 2 weeks and used it in a normal way, the results are satisfactory no issues if any noted. Quality of the equipment and accessories provided is also good. Just a note, AGARO OTG looks exactly same, only difference being the branding. Review: I'm using the OTG since one week, it's pretty good as of now. Will update this review after a month or so. A lot of reviews mention defective products received, which was true in my case as well. My OTG is perfectly fine though but there are big scratches behind the one of the trays received. Although the OTG looks good, I'd still like to check it thoroughly as people have received faulty and defective OTGs as well. The product build is of stainless steel and is better among the many famous brands out there in this budget under 9k. Also, we get a 48L which is amazing at this price point. Other famous brands will offer you a 36L or 40L and even costlier than this. So you can trust on Wonderchef.

DO NOT BUY WONDERCHEF goods. There is no way to get in touch with after-sales service - they send me round in circles, their repeated verifications are more than a bank's, and one or the other OTP does not arrive. There is no way to get in touch and ask for service. I am within warranty but I see Wonderchef are making sure they don't have to do it. I shall never buy anything from Wonderchef again. Even when the oven arrived, it a disappointment. I was excited to get the oven, which was recommended to me. When I set it up and started baking, I noticed it had many dents and the door opens and shuts jerkily because of the dent on its side (see left in pictures and video). 16 months later, the thermostat stopped and I cannot get in touch, as said above.

The OTG (48l) is easy to use and works well. It was received in a good condition. The light inside, the OtG is very helpful for checking the doneness of items being cooked/baked. It bakes evenly and satisfactorily. I have used various types of OTGs over the years and this one is competent and compact.

Received partially damaged product 1. Upper layer of the oven was damaged 2. The box was crushed 3. Rust on rotisserie rod set.
