Work good, taste good, love them.
Love love love. I get zero side effects from these, all the ingredients I want are in this, plus high amounts. They are a little sticky, and clump together especially after awhile but that’s a price I’m willing to pay. The taste is good, and they help!

Helps me go to sleep without nightmares!
This has been my second time purchasing this product. Some of the other ashwagandha gummies can be kind of soft and they melt in the heat since it is something that is being shipped and I'm based in Houston. These stay quite firm and they have a very light dust coating so that they don't all stick together. I've been having really good sleeps taking this and it's been a good alternative to other sleep aided supplements Such as melatonin where it causes me really bad nightmares. This is a much more better "natural" type of aid

Better than Goli in my opinion
Tastes great and works! It's also KSM-66 which is a well researched version of Ashwaganda, I noticed the benefits in the first week of taking it. I've tried others such as Goli which tastes good but is a little overpriced. These are a better value and give me honestly even better benefits of deeper sleep and lower stress levels throughout the day. I take 2 gummies and a magnesium pill before bed and my sleep has never been better.

Good! But need coating to prevent all sticking together
As some have reported, these came all entirely stuck together in one big mass. Both bottles. Worse, the bottle has a narrow opening so it is difficult to reach in to pull them out. Once I did that, if any touched each other, they just glued back together again! My previous brand, Vitafusion, are coated in sugar so they stay separate. I like Nature Made products generally, but these need a coating to keep them separate. I don't love the sugar on Vitafusion (would prefer none), but they gave me the idea to roll these in sugar, which worked well, leaving only a light dusting. Now they stay separate. But, since they are so tough to get out of the bottle, I don't think I would buy again unless they fix that. The taste and texture are ok; Vitafusion are a little better. But these have a higher ashwagandha dose and it is effective.
