Great product!
I chose this potato starch for its' gut health and organic benefits. Packaged nicely in a zipper closing bag. Powdery white texture- thickens liquids well.

exactly as advertised
Good product. Used it as a thickener one time - liked it much better than corn starch. Also dissolved in cold water in the evening for its resistant starch benefits. It dissolved easily. Time will tell better since I am new to this.
