Excellent customer service
I bought this battery for an electric reel that I have as a back up, and when I noticed that it didn't seem to hold a charge as long, I called them and I send a brand new out ASAP. Works great.

for deep drop charters these batteries r a waste of money of 3 batteries one lasted almost an hour then would not charge the other 2 never worked and won't take a charge
