I have been using this product for the past few weeks and have already noticed such a difference! My nails have always been thin and brittle and they have gotten so much stronger already! Also they have gotten less ridged and so smooth! I was primarily taking these supplements for my nails but my hair has also become so much thicker and so shiny! Not to mention these are so delicious and I look forward to taking these gummies every day! Great product and highly recommend!

Did not like this product that all it did was taste like sugar and I’m a diabetic and it spiked my sugar I bought a different product and it did not do that and it works a lot better will not buy again

I've been taking these for almost 2 months now. 1 gummy twice a day (1 when I'm getting ready for work, 1 before bed). I'm not sure if my hair is growing any faster overall, but it definitely looks fuller and my baby hairs seem to be growing. I bought 3 bottles (90 in each) and will continue taking them daiky. Also, I've noticed no difference in my nails. They're quite tasty.

These have a weird super soft consistency and an offputting smell. Taste is OK but I won't buy again.

Just got these in the mail (have not tried them yet) however, the pictures are a lie. The picture states this has 0 sugar (which is why I bought them) but when I got these the label says 4.3g.

Great tasting/great flavor but I don’t feel this worked as much as I thought it would. Maybe it was just me & my body chemistry but it didn’t fully yield the results I thought it would.

I love the taste of these. Not bad for a vitamin. The biotin helps. I cant believe it has 10,000 mcg and is 2X stronger, but now that I am taking it, I notice the difference. Well worth it. Hope it works for your body chemistry like it did for mine!
