Item arrived smashed without box
I ordered a small size 750ml square for the office and it arrived perfectly in a box.I liked it so much that I wanted a bigger one for my home so ordered another one which was 950ml.Item arrived smashed in bubble wrap and postage bag and had no box at all! Who decided to send a glass kettle without a box?? It is so dangerous as it was smashed into tiny pieces.Contacted Amazon and they refunded me and I will order again as I really like the t pot and hopefully they decide to use a box this time!!

Not recommended over stove
The glass is very thin. It broke after 4 times on stove to make tea. Maybe it works better on electric stove.
