Good product, using it since last 2 years. Heavy duty mixer grinder. Ideal for sout indian family who use it for grinding rice on daily basis.

Never buy. Worst product
After first usage, the mixture coupler broke into pieces. Now I am unable to remove the jar itself from the mixture. Worst product. Very disappointed and angry as I paid above 6000 for this product. Will never buy Philips products.

Product is OK
Phillips Mixer grinder is okay. But handles of Jar are of very poor quality. Handles of my 2 jars have weakened within few initial usages and now the handles are totally dismantled (broken) Company has to think of fixing different type of sturdy jar handles.
