I purchased theVs802 in October and it works as advertised. It was easy to set up and records good and history is readily available. The monitor is 8" which is a good size but not to big and gives a clear picture. If you are looking for a good outdoor security camera system that actually works and is easy to set up check this one out. Also, if you have questions, even small ones, CasaCam is quick to respond.

It is a rare occurrence when a very reasonably priced product actually surpasses expectations, but the CasaCam VS802 Wireless System did just that. I purchased the two camera system early last fall, and it has performed flawlessly. Installation and setup were extremely easy and the quality of the monitor display is surprisingly clear. While the monitor is actually located at the opposite end of my home from one of the cameras, reception is always reliable regardless of weather conditions. I will soon be adding a third and fourth camera to the system and am very confident that they too will function as reliably as the first two. And as a bonus, I sent an inquiry to CasaCam’s Customer Service Department and received a complete and positive response within an hour. This was even more impressive given that I made the inquiry on a weekend! CasaCam’s products and customer service are second to none.

I ordered this product, I came quicker than expected. Setup was easy. Camera works well, as does night vision. The only drawback is that the night vision does not work through a window. During the daylight hours, it is fine. I set up the second camera outside, and the night vision works perfectly. I had an issue with the Monitor not turning on, but Tech support responded quickly and the issue was resolved within minutes. I would strongly recommend this product, for the price it offers great security equal to, or superior to a more expensive system.

Has to get new camera for our work warehouse. I was specifically looking for wireless cameras so I didn’t have to run wire all over the place. The mobile screen is very nice for taking anywhere in the warehouse with me to keep an eye on things. The video quality of the screen is great. Very clear during the day and at night as well. The night vision works well. The motion detection settings are easy to use and change and the motion alerts are just enough to tell me something’s going on without being super obnoxious. The power cables for the camera are long enough to give no trouble reaching a power outlet that’s 20 feet away. Mounting was a breeze with the 3 supplied screws and the adjustment for the camera angles are easy to figure out and secure once you get it in place and tightened down. Having sound built into the camera is nice to keep track of things as well. I haven’t used the alarm for real yet but when I tested them. they are loud and would deter some hooliganism. Being able to go back and review footage with the supplied micro sd card is a very nice feature that I don’t find on other camera systems. The set up was inexpensive and additional camera are also affordable.

The system works well and does what I need it to. It has several very nice features, and one that I find particularly useful. If you place the monitor in "scan" mode, it will turn the monitor off (or standby) but continue to monitor and record. If one of the cameras detects an event, that camera will instantly come up on the monitor along with an alarm that has a fully adjustable volume level. This way, I can sleep in total darkness with no monitor shine, and yet when a camera is triggered, it will instantly alert me audibly as well as the screen popping on from the triggered camera. If you dial in the sensitivity of each camera properly, it will eliminate false alarms and only alert when there is legitimate movement detected. I built a little custom shelf (see picture) for my bed headboard, which allows me to sleep with my head only about 3 or 4 feet from the monitor. When the alert sounds, all I do is open my eyes at the same time the picture pops on from the triggered camera. It really is a sweet little set up, for a reasonable price. And the customer service is TOP NOTCH. These people are courteous and prompt in responding, and they will solve any issues if necessary. Not to be overly dramatic, but the customer service is among the very best I've ever dealt with. If you are considering buying one of these security camera systems, I would recommend doing so.

The best cameras. I got these strictly because you don't need WIFI or an app on your phone. Yes, you can still add the app on your phone if want but I also like the option not to let China know everything. These are a true plug in and watch everything. They are easy to set up and record just fine. I did have to contact the seller as my battery in the monitor wasn't keeping a charge and they sent out a new battery with a new adapter just in case. New battery works better for when the monitor is unplugged...yes you can do that too. If you're going to invest in cameras, this is the way to go and worth every penny!

The app you are supposed to download no longer exists. Other than that it work good. Clear picture
