Inov8 Roclite 325 GTX Trail Running Shoes - SS17

This is my 5th pair of inov8 shoes, the first pair that’s not specifically for running. Been happy with previous trail and running shoes so I thought I’d give these a try. Not really a hiking boot. More like a trail shoe with higher ankles. Very soft throughout, wouldn’t use these on rough terrain where ankle rigidity is necessary. Like all inov8s I’ve owned, they are very snug to fit. Keep that in mind, if you need more room, get a half size larger. They feel great out of the box, but really a glorified trail shoe not a hiking boot.UPDATE: Holding up well, feel good. Run a bit warm. They are NOT waterproof despite the product description. I stepped in a deepish puddle to my ankle and the boots were immediately swamped. Was not expecting that since they say waterproof. Keep that in mind.

These are my 11th pair of inov-8 shoes. I bought these for myself and the womens counterpart for my wife. We were them on some hardcore trails in Costa Rica and we were very satisfied. The gortex lining kept our feet dry for a 4 hour, 6 mile hike in the rain. We hiked through mud, puddles, wet grass and rivers, not a bit of water got through the membrane. The grip was excellent in all conditions, and the mud fell out of the tread nicely. Unlike all my other inov-8 shoes, these were slightly tight in the toebox and gave me a small blister on one of my toes. My wife also had a blister on 1 toe. Not that big of a deal, but multi day hiking in these could be rough if you have larger feet.Another great shoe from an awesome company.

I typically wear a 12 and I purchased these shoes in a 12.5 and the length has been sufficient. However it is worth saying that these shoes are rather thin on the middle of the foot and wear rather snug. I dont mind the tight fight and have worn them for almost a year on countless hikes. I cannot say I will purchase them once this pair is done however.

I’ve had 3 pair of Inov-8 in the past and have really liked them. I have wide feet, but the previous pair didn’t seem too narrow.I went up a half size on these Roclite from my usual 12 after reading reviews of the sizing, but they still have a strange taco feeling to the footbed. The midsole seems to really curve up. Materials all seem good quality, just a strange fit.

Light, secure footing. Fits like a glove for precise control. The grip allows one to walk up a 90 degree cliff. Trial running on off-camber gnarly trails is great with these shoes. The secure fit and control of a boot with the speed of a running shoe. The perfect lightweight backpacking shoe for me.I usually take an 11 and this 11 fit fine. Even those with high volume and/or wide feet should still try these. They are superb,

I wear a size 12 in nearly every shoe. My heel-to-toe length is a few millimeters less than 30 cm on each foot. The size chart says I should fit in a size 12. They are way too small for me with a Darn Tough sock and a sock liner. My feet are D-width and these seem very narrow. They are very light and this is a nice looking boot.

I got the size 10 originally. They felt uncomfortably small in width and length. measured them against a pair of 9.5 Columbia boots. Columbia boots were longer. Sent Inov-8s back, got 10.5. They feel much better. I'll see how they feel after a couple of days. So far so good.

Great shoe...good ankle support for old athletes

This is my third pair of these boots. They are brilliant, being non slip and light in weight. A really good boot for either walking or running over any terrain. They look good on as well. I was advised that the men's boot would be the best one for me as they fit small I understand. This was good advice and they are very comfortable right from the start.

何度か履いてみての感想です。リアルに靴下を履いて、私の足のサイズは、28cmから28.5cmでした。なので29.5を買えば十分だろうと考えて、購入して見ましたが、正直、私の足幅ではなかなかきつい感じではあります。それでも公園の土のところなどを何度か歩いているうちに、徐々に馴染んできて居る感が出てきています。本来の購入目的は、山歩きに使う予定ではありましたが使えないかな？まあ、私のサイズ感が合わなかったということで。。。。シャンクも適度な硬さがあり、足の指の付け根から前のみが曲がる感じの靴なので、使い方次第という感じはします。歩くこと自体は、それほど大変には感じませんでした。これはもともとトレラン用なので本来の使い方では無いのだと思いますが。。。もしかすると、インソールがまあまあ分厚いので薄い物に変更すると、私の足にもあうのかもしれないなとも感じます。

このROCLITE325ですが、元々、282、286を何足も履いていましたが、こちらが出たので購入してみました。グリップや防水性は問題なしです。ただ、286と比べると硬いかなぁ…と。あと、286と比べて、生地が伸びない感じでキツく感じるというか本当にピッタリで遊びがないというか…って感じです。

Sent back product as the fit was too narrow sadly - inov8 are a great brand but this one wasn't right. refunded no problem.

とにかく軽い！4泊5日の北アルプス表銀座を耐え切ったので耐久性と防水性は素晴らしいと思う。また買いたい
