These pasta bowls are the perfect size. I didn't want traditional place settings anymore so I tried these and I am super pleased. They are durable and wash perfectly in the dishwasher. I love the different colors. They aren't obnoxious or too bright.

I love the look and feel of these dishes. I prefer them over my flat plates. They are attractive and big enough to hold enough food for a meal. Very sturdy. Would purchase again.

I have used these often since purchasing. They are ideal for pasta, polenta and soup. You can fit a whole can of soup in a bowl.

I wanted to get new dishes. Mine were over 15 yrs. old. I liked the larger serving bowls I have so I looked for something along those lines. I happened along these pasta bowls. I like the colors and the depth. I did think they were going to be larger, but really, they are just fine. I haven't had any chili or soup yet though I feel they'll be good. I will wash once in the dishwasher to remove anything from the factory. After that, for me at least, I feel hand washing will be better. It won't wear out any finish. 'They" say don't wash sharp knives in the DW because of dulling the blade, I figure the finish would do the same thing.If you want something different and fun, these bowls are a good start!

Bought these bowls for large lunch salads. Love the colors and the sides of the bowls. Could have been just a bit bigger but basically just what I wanted.
