Good: This floor cleaner has made a big difference on how clean my floors are. It does a really good job of getting dirt and water stains off the floor. We have a German Shepherd who loves to get her water all over the floor. The vacuum will sometimes struggle on the first pass to pickup her hair but will get it on the second pass. The auto clean function of the base is great. The roller always looks new afterwards. The drying function seems help speed up the drying time of the roller. Battery life has so far not been an issue. I always run max mode and I am able to finish the floors with 40% battery left.Bad: (Now Fixed) I have gone through three floor cleaners that do not have a correctly functioning disinfection mode. First one ran constantly causing the cleaner to shut off while cleaning. The other two do not make bubbles in the disinfection mode. Support asked me to apply the firmware update first thing before using it. It seems that there is an issue with the disinfection mode that shorts a component in the machine and the firmware update just disables the function. The company could not provide info on it. Speaking of support, they are based in China. I could not get a response from the phone number in the manual only though email and they only communicate overnight. The last issue is the false advertising of the UV lights in the base. They are simply black lights that do nothing for cleaning or sanitizing. True UV-C leds have a faint blue glow, not purple. They are also hazardous to look at and they base clearly says they are not dangerous to humans or pets.EDIT: The company recently released a new firmware update that fixes the disinfectant mode. The version is 1.08.07

We used to use the mop bucket to mop the floor every week. It was so much work so we switch to swiffer few years ago. The swiffer is good because of it's lightweight and easy to use. But the mopping clothes are so expensive and not eco friendly. So I did some research about the replacement online and found out wet dry vacuum may fit our needs so I give it a try. I choose this product because it has a self cleaning mode and it was on sale. This vacuum does his job well. The floor was dry super fast in MAX mode. The cleaning power is good. The noise is same as my dyson vacuum. The downside is it's a little bit heavy for me (with the 1L clean water tank full) and I didn't figure out how to use the app which is ok, I don't need the app for my vacuum.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Proscenic. This unit stopped working after only 10 uses. The company is a big hassle to try to get a refund--and AMAZON does not help at all!!!This company is telling me they will send me money (through Paypal)--except I did not purchase with Paypal. I suspect I will never get any of my money. Shame on both them and AMAZON!!!

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love the maneuverability, cleaning power, edge cleaning, auto cleaning of the roller and the fact that it drys the roller. The first cleaner I received burnt the water in the clean water tank the first time I used the disinfectant mode, as seen in the photo. I immediately reached out to Proscenic and they responded quickly. They gave me trouble shooting tips then ended up sending me a replacement machine. The second machine arrived quickly but it also failed to make the disinfectant water as in the photo they sent me showing bubbles that should be produced in this mode. I again reached out to them and they did send me a new water tank but the water tank was not the problem as the machine still does not work in the disinfectant mode. Everything about this machine is great and I love using it but wished they could figure out why it is not working properly to make the disinfectant water. Just want everyone to know if your machine does not produce bubbles in the disinfectant mode your machine is not working properly, contact the company. Maybe we will get the problem fixed.

This vacuum is great. I still have a Dyson V10 and the Big Ball Animal. Don't use the V10 at all any more and the Big Ball is for our carpets.Also we had a small problem with our water reservoir (probably damaged in shipping) and we had emailed Prosenic expecting to probably never hear back. Within a couple hours they replied, just wanted a small video to show the damage and we had a replacement soon after.This vacuum works great on our tile and it's a big time saver over vacuuming and mopping after.

Personally, I think the endurance is pretty good, for 120 square metersIt's more than enough for Mi's house. It's very dirtyQianjing, you can also sweep the corners. The room is much cleaner. basicIt's the most frequently used household appliances in my family, but I don't think it isIt is correct to buy a sweeping robot and a floor washerIt can be cleaned in minutes, and the clean water bucket and sewage bucket are large enough,The rolling brush can also clean itself. I have already recommended it to friends around

I was quite impressed with this product. It’s edge to edge cleaning made it ideal for my hardwood floors. The large clean water tank and dirty water tank made it so I had to fill up and empty less often compared to other wet dry vacuums I’ve used in the past. Their customer service is amazing and answered any questions and concerns I had in a rather quick manner. I am happy with this companies product!

I have used several other brands of vacuum cleaners in the past, but this one has a better price and more functionality. Some other reviews with 1 star say there are problems with the clean water tank, I had same issue, I did contact manufacturer and they sent me new unit. Customer support is great !!.

Después de leer mil reseñas positivas me decidí a pedirlo (10 mil pesos) . Que decir. Según es aspiradora y trapeadora pero si quieres un buen resultado es necesario aspirar antes con una aspiradora de verdad. Los cabellos largos difícilmente lo aspira y las manchas de comida o leche seca necesitas varias pasadas. Algo lento el proceso. Luego viene la limpieza del equipo que es obligatorio si o si. Tedioso y si se te olvida y dejas algo de agua adentro en dos días se oxidan todos los contactos metálicos y lo puedes tirar a la basura.

Nach kurzer Zeit habe ich den WashVac F20 zu schätzen gelernt, mit unserem Fliesenboden wird der Wischer mühelos fertig. Da wir 2 Katzen und ein Hund haben ist der Schmutzeintrag entsprechend. Ich bin begeistert das nun saugen und wischen in einem Zug möglich ist, es erspart enorm viel Zeit.Die Saugleistung ist zwar mit 15Kpa relativ gering gegenüber einen reinen Staubsauger, die rotierende Walze befördert ohnehin jeden Staub und Tierhaare ins Gerät. Weiterer Vorteil ist die Bauweise, die es ermöglicht auch in den Ecken zu wischen oder sehr nahe an Kanten. Zur Leistung des Akkus ist zu sagen, dass diese für ein Grundfläche von 65qm im Smartmodus ausreichend ist. Frischwassertank und auch der Abwassertank sind ausreichend groß dimensioniert.Positiv:- austauschbarer Akku- relativ leise- 3 Modi (Smart für die gängige Reinigung, Max für größere Verschmutzungen, Reine Wasseraufnahme (falls mal was Verschüttet wurde.)- ordentliche Reinigungssleistung- Dockingstation (für Desinfektion, Reinigung, Trocknung des Gerätes, und natürlich Aufbewahrung von Zubehör und Lademöglichkeit für einen 2. Mon balai s’est détaché en deux parties malgré que j’ai toujours pris soin de mes robots ménagers. Il n’est pas tombé ou autre. Simplement en passant le balai sur le sol , il s’est littéralement scindé en deux. J’ai pensé au départ qu’il s’était peut-être déclipsé et qu’il fallait juste le rattacher. Mais finalement il s’est réellement détaché. Plus moyen de l’utiliser.J’ai pourtant des appareils ménagers ( balai aspirateur)qui durent depuis 4/5 ans. Celui ci après seulement qques mois il est inutilisable. Au vu du prix je suis choquée.La procédure de retour sur Amazon n’est pas possible sur ce produit après 1 mois à dater de l’achat. Je dois donc passer par Proscenic. J’attends vivement leur réponse à mon mail.

Una locuraaaa!!!Tengo que decir que me informe mucho antes de hacer esta compra ya que no se trata de un producto de bajo coste como para estar probando.El suelo de mi casa es de terrazo (110m2) y en este tipo de suelo se quedan todas las huellas que pueden verse a contra luz por lo que no todos los productos y utensilios de limpieza para suelos son validos.A todo esto cabe añadir que tengo en casa un perro, que aunque no suelta prácticamente pelos y tengo un robot aspirador, siempre se encuentra algo.Después de informarme mucho acerca de este tipo de aspiradores me decidí por probarlo ya que no dispongo de mucho tiempo y todo lo que me facilite el trabajo a la hora de limpiar y me ahorre tiempo me interesa incorporarlo a mi hogar.Ya lo he usado en unas cuantas ocasiones y he de decir que supera con creces todas mis expectativas ya que, hasta cuando crees que esta todo limpio, te saca el deposito lleno de suciedad. Es muy cómodo ya que tiene comandos guiados por voz por lo que te va informando de todo y junto a esto tiene una pantalla muy intuitiva.Con una sola carga y deposito me alcanza para hacer prácticamente la vivienda completa. En la caja trae una botella del producto de limpieza que recomienda el vendedor pero también puedes añadir cualquier producto de suelos que sea con PH neutro y, sobre todo, que no sean de los que hacen jabonera.Yo uso un chorrito pequeño de friegasuelos con pH neutro y un chorrito de vinagre de limpieza y el suelo me queda perfecto. (No se si sabréis que el vinagre de limpieza va genial para cualquier maquina que use circulación de agua ya que mantiene todos los conductos libres de cal o residuos que puedan ir obstruyendo).En resumen, si estas pensando en comprarlo yo no lo dudaría, solo por el tiempo y esfuerzo que te quita vale la pena, sin contar que a parte de dejarte el piso fregado aspira hasta el polvo que pueda tener.
