Very pleased, bowl deeper than I expected.

I loved this spoon at first. It was perfect for my morning porridge, but after only a handful of uses it developed a pink and green mold. I have many wooden utensils so it's not that I left it in food or water. I always automatically handwash mine. I had to throw it out. I don't know if it needed tobe tested before use, but I recommend you do if you buy this.

This soup ladle spoon is unique and well made. Checked in Amazon for other ladle spoons but they are way more expensive.Have not seen a soup ladle with a hooked handle, so this make it unique. In top of that is pretty to look at, so probably end up in my decorative wood utensils jars that I think that are rare, unique or just pretty to look at.

Love this ladle. It's made of wood but with a smooth finish. Great for non-stick pans. End of handle has groove to hold ladle on edge of pot when not in use. As with all wooden utensils, I hand wash this item.
