Well if you have never done a bowel prep, be ready. This does what it is suppose to. Follow the directions, get some bathroom entertainment material, and maybe a seatbelt, and hold on. Things you don’t remember eating will be coming out. Do not stray far from the bathroom. Drink plenty of water.

I needed a good colon cleaning and this product did the trick. It does take some time to work it’s magic, in my case about 6.5 hours from when I took it, so after consuming I wouldn’t recommend to plan on leaving home for awhile as the “time” kind of sneaks up on you and suddenly hits with full force and if you are not near a toilet you could have an embarrassing moment. Highly recommend and will use again.

Taste amazing! The flavor was sweet and tarte. This product is amazing and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. I had no cramping.
