Perfect sized litter scoop
This is a great litter scoop. It seems to be marketed as a rabbit/ferret scoop, but I've been using it for my cats' litter (regular litter, nothing fancy) with no problems at all. The slots are wide enough, but not too wide and the scoop itself is surprisingly sturdy. I have small hands, so many of the litter scoops I've come across feel very unwieldy to me because they are so big. This one however is perfect, I can clean my cat boxes without feeling like a toddler trying to use grownup utensils.

Love!
I do cat rescue. Either Petco or PetSmart used to sell these but they haven't for quite some time. I contacted the company and they gave me the link to purchase these on Amazon. I don't love the big, bulky scoopers. I love that these are smaller, easier to handle, and easier to wash. I love how the scoop scrapes the bottom of the box to get that stuck on mess. These wash easy, too. I've read the reviews that they break - these are plastic and I can see them breaking if you're rough but I clean multiple boxes several times a day and I've never had one break and some of mine are 10 years old. I just wanted more - I'm not even throwing out my old ones. The edges are fine on my old ones. I highly recommend these.

Not for Hedgehog Poop!
Works well enough and well enough made given that it is plastic. I give it four stars because the mesh is too big for hedgehog poops. My hedgie's little poops just fall through.

Very Convenient Litter Scoop
This is a very conveniently sized litter scoop. To be honest, I never thought I would need to buy a litter scoop online, let alone write a review. However, after purchasing scoops in the local PetSmart and Petco I was amazed to find a significant difference. The two I purchased in the stores were significantly larger and didn't have sufficient sifting holes. As a result, you ended up lifting a fairly heavy scoop that took a while for the unclumped litter to sift out. Both have fairly sharp ridges on the underside that with the weight cut into your hands and are very uncomfortable. This scoop is a convenient size and has plenty of holes so the un-clumped litter comes out as you lift it. As a result, even though it too has plastic ridges underneath the handle, they are barely noticeable.

Too flexible but sifts well
I like the size of the holes on this scoop because they're big enough to let a lot of litter fall through. It makes cleaning the box a faster. However, the whole item is on the flimsy side. You can't scrape with it, you can only sift. I bought this to use with in the room where I quarantine foster kittens and it's okay for that. However, when it breaks (which I think it will and I doubt I'll have long to wait), I'll spend more and get a sturdier scoop.

This was smaller than I expected it to be. However, it is very strong and has been SO much better than the larger flimsy one I bought in the pet store. My cat is on a heart medication that causes frequent urination, so I'm constantly scooping huge clumps of urine and this has held up well so far.

DOES NOT SIFT PINE PELLETS
The large holes do not sift Feline Pine Pellets. The design is flimsy and doubt it will last. Still looking for a scoop to handle pine pellet litter if anyone can help, this is the 4th scoop Ive purchased in 6 months.

sturdy scooper
Really like this scoop. It is much easier to scrape the bottom of the box and it is not as flimsy as others I've purchased.

The Very Best in the Price Range.
This is the best plastic litter scoop there is. The spaces are a perfect size, the width of the scoop is just right and the height of the side walls does not let anything fall off the sides. I have been using this litter scoop for years, they last a long time but sometimes it is hard to find one when yours eventually gives up the ghost (or the dog decides to destroy it), that's why I always have an extra one on hand just in case.

Works great
It's tiny but it's perfect for rabbit litterboxes. (if you had cats it'd be perfect for that too.) Can't beat the price.

Perfect Shape & Size but Somewhat Flimsy
Overall, I'm pleased and will buy another.

Best for cleaning litter pans within a cage...no angle to the handle...
The ONLY scoop to use when cleaning a pan in a cage for ferrets or piggies etc...all other scoops have an angled handle which is a wrist twister and ends up breaking when trying to scoop out a pan in an enclosed area...this scoop is flat and in line with the handle--this is good & hard to find...

Too small and not very sturdy
It’s a basic litter scoop, and it works just fine, however it is small.
