Dritz750T Double-Cap Rivet Tools, Metal

Amazed this little tool works so great! I make wallets and this made installing the side rivets a breeze.

I purchased an inexpensive kit of rivets that received reviews complaining about cheap quality.One reviewer said they work just fine but the included tools were the issue.They highly recommended the Dritz Rivet Tool.They were Right. I bought some Dritz rivets from the fabric store and they were the same quality as the "cheap" ones from Amazon. I tried with the different tools and the Dritz tool made all the difference. So glad I bought it. It was an additional expense to applying the rivets, but well worth not worrying if one is applied horribly and trying to remove it without damaging your project.

Not too of the line, but very serviceable for general light duty work. Good value.

When I first received these rivet tools I thought they were thin and wondered how they would hold up during use-you know with a hammer! But leave it to Dritz the quality is excellent and after using them on my first sewn jeans I am glad I purchased these tools. When it comes to sewing products I know Dritz is a good brand to trust to get the job done! Be careful with other products out there that look the same.

I use these rivets to "tie" denim quilts. I haven't had come apart yet.

Just needed something simple, works great!

I ordered this to punch holes and apply rivets to leather, as one does. As soon as I opened the package I was surprised to see that the hole punch was not sharpened. I tried to use it to punch a hole in a very thin leather strap, and it just made a dent. The packaging was also dirty and bent, and appears to have been opened before.I was not able to use the rivet setting tool, because I do not have a working hole punch with which to make holes and apply the rivets. However, I do notice that the top of the rivet setting punch is not completely level as if whoever was finishing it with a grinder was not using a jig.Overall disappointing for what is suppose to be a very simple set of tools.

The hole puncher makes the perfect hole for the Rivet. The Double cap are perfect. with this rivet setter.
