Best gluten free cookbook we own
Best cookbook we own for gluten free. Yummy recipes, easy to follow, written well too. Thick paper to write notes or highlight. Hope she comes out with another one!

Good Recipies, for a more mild/health Consious Pallet
I have made at this point a decent amount of the recipes for the book after my partner was diagnosed with Celiac. And I think for cost-value of cookbooks it has served me extremely well. The one note I will make after making the recipes and tasting them, is they tend to cater to a more health conscious and mild flavor pallet. I usually before the gluten-free shift would make more rich foods with heavy seasoning, so the pivot and different 'feel' was a bit of an adjustment. Some stuff like the sweet potato sides had a similar feel, but overall it felt a lot more clean tasting than the normal person may be used to. Still extremely tasty, but be aware if that sort of thing is your jam or not and make adjustments accordingly. I found myself often adding an extra half-teaspoon of certain seasonings or utilizing a bit more butter/oil to get things tasting how most glutened food is. (And we are a household that tends to not like super oily/unhealthy foods)

Easy Recipes for Gluten-free
I had gotten this cookbook after my child was newly diagnosed with celiacs disease to be able to have some recipe ideas to be able to make. I have only tried a few recipes, but the ones I have tried are easy to follow and are my child's favorite things.

Gluten free cookbook.
Nicely done. Good recipes. However (this is directed to the publisher, not Amazon) it should be spiral bound. The stiff spine makes it nearly impossible to keep open while using.

Quick & Easy, great for college students
Until corona hit, i was cooking sad gluten free meals like salad and chicken, salad and beef, and salad and those gf fish sticks that taste like cardboard (on fridays). I got this cookbook about two weeks before I had to go home from school where there is delicious home cooking, but during those two weeks, i was cooking up a STORM let me tell you. The blueberry muffins are BOMB. fried rice is good - make sure to use day old rice instead of fresh rice, so you get crispy rice like its actually from a restaraunt. one qualm: i have no idea what kind of timer they used for the cooked carrots, but it must have been in slow motion. i had to cook my carrots for like an hour before they were tender, when in the book it said like ~20 min. Regardless they were delicious and now I love cooked carrots (who'd have thunk). Great cookbook especially if you're bored of salads and poor like college students.

Simple easy recipes-Good
Simple easy recipes. Eating gluten free can be challenging. The recipes use simple ingredients that can be found in your pantry which makes it easy come up with a meal.

I needed a book to work for my husband as he is gluten intolerant. This has worked well an have a few recipe's which are very delicious.

Easy Gluten Free Cookbook
A wealth of information for people just discovering they need to be gluten free and/or have Celiac Disease. A real go-to book for advice. Highly recommend and recipes simple to prepare and nutritious.

Simple recipes but no pictures
I was a bit disapointed because there are no pictures on any of the recipes. The recipes look simple though.
