REALLY tricky to assemble, but it looks great. There were a few pieces that didn't line up, but with enough power tools we could get past that.

Good looking shed but it leaks
I'm giving two stars rather than one because I like the look of this shed a lot. Assembly was moderately difficult, particularly because some screw holes were misaligned and had to be re-drilled. My biggest gripe though is that it's not very weatherproof. The problem is the corrugated siding of each wall is tucked into a metal rail at the bottom that collects rain and feeds it into the shed interior. This is an unavoidable design defect, as the bottom rail is required for assembly. I attached a wider roof with an overhang, which helps a little, but I still get leakage when we have rain and wind together. So the interior is often damp and some stored items are prone to mildew. Very disappointing!

VERY UNSTABLE and Missing hardware
Purchased to use as a garden shed... Assembly was a nightmare, products were missing and there was only 1 bag of screws with 6 screws in it... I had to stop and go purchase bulk screws to finish, when I found other pieces missing.... Had to fabricate edge material out of sheet metal that I had to stop and go purchase... After 3 days due to making runs to get missing material, it was finally done.... VERY VERY unstable... Built a floor out of plywood and 2x4's then anchor the shed to the floor which was anchored in the ground... Still very unstable, so I build 2x4 bracing and sheet screwed them on the inside from the outside which did stabilize the shed...

Square first !!
First off, it helps to be smarter than the object one is dealing with;I've put together 2 of Absco large sheds - 10x10 and 10x12, they are stupidly simple to assemble - in calm conditions -have, or make, a level floor. Assemble the bottom rails - square - put sides together ( some holes may not be punched all the way through - drill 'em.. two heads are better than one, call a friend - snap together, brace and stand back and admire.( It would help to either replace sheet metal screws with stainless or paint over the provided screws - they will rust and streak, no matterwho you know...)
