This works great on my DR650
This works great on my DR650. The function is easy and the hold is solid with no slip but easy to shut down. It took a bit of figuring to install but there are so many bars and grips, thatis to be expected. I'm very happy with this. I do 400+ mile days regularly traveling full time with my dog Izzy Great value for the money

Does not work on gsxs750
This PoS doesn't fit securely on the suzuki gsxs750 . You twist the know to tighten against the throttle and instead of pressing against it you slowly back it out of the handlebar hole. Tried everything to get it to stay in place but to no avail. Waste of money I got so pissed at it I threw it in the damn woods.

Works well, but not easy to engage while riding.
Easy to install, good value, looks good. I Gave it 4 stars only because it is a little tricky to engage the lock while riding, but once engaged it works well to restrict the throttle. Would recommend!

It works okay but REALLY HARD to set
I will keep it but I am very disappointed. This is NOT a 1 handed operation. Releasing it is easy because you can turn it with your right hand while the throttle is off in the direction of off. But setting it requires 1 of 3 terrible methods. 1) Stop the bike, hold the throttle off with left hand and turn the ring HARD with right hand in the accelerate direction. 2) Do the exact same thing while moving and use the left hand to hold the throttle AND steer (not recommended with ANY traffic). 3) While moving, pull in the clutch, kill the engine switch, set the ring HARD with the right hand, flip the kill switch again, and pop the clutch or push the starter. This needs a total redesign where turning the friction ring does NOT turn the throttle so it is a 1 handed operation.I had a similar system on my 74 Honda 360 that had a knobbed screw under where the kill switch was and was easy to turn to set to any resistance and it worked WAY better than this contraption.

Throttle lock
Material quality is exceptional. So far, it works seamlessly. Easy to install.

Just doesn't work
It just doesn't have enough force to hold the throttle in position. Plus the knurls are too small to grip with motorcycle riding gloves. Couldn't get it to work in the garage, so definitely wouldn't trust using it on the road. Just get the real thing with a Kaoko

Fits a few models
Like the sturdy material (all aluminum) easy to install. But it doesn't fit all motorcycle models, the handle bar has to be about a 1/2 to accommodate it.Update: the seller reached out and I got a full refund, also they asked how they could make right.I'm very satisfied with the seller,

Mine was covered in rubber glue
The flap that closes the little bag got sealed over top of the unit. About half of it is covered in that glue and I'm not taking the time it needs to take it off when it should not have been there in the first place. Very disappointed. How hard is it to close a flap.
