This product is extremely slow from the day i bought it. It has no memory and the apps keep crashing. I got this to use the abc mouse app with my now 2yr old but it has never allowed us to use without headache. This product is too expensive not to work. I should have gotten the kire fire tablet.

NEVER BUY THIS. It is the worst tablet for kids. The tablet blacked out totally after using for less than two months. It was used by my son for playing some games and youtube videos for few hours a day. It does not work at all now. When I try to restart it blinks once and is total dead after that.

Stopped working 3 days after the gift was opened , had to call and get technical support to start it back to factory setting then touch screen died 1 week after that !!! Worst purchase I've ever made !!!!

It's a nice tablet, but the battery runs out every two hours and needs fully charged again.

My son really enjoyed this. It’s very good for young children from the ages 3-7. It’s very nice and light weight so it’s not easy to drop

Did not look like the picture and it kept freezing n got hot when in use. Will be returning for a refund.
