Complete garbage. Spent two hours assembling and doesn’t fit any of my shoes and now I’m supposed to disassemble and return. What a joke.

This product came with 2 missing screws (M) but I was able to use something else in it's place. Using an electric screw driver will help otherwise half the time will be spent just trying to put in the screws. The back piece does not line up seamlessly, which the pictures do not show. I guess because it's in the back they figure it wouldn't matter. You definitely need an electric screwdriver for that part because while there are holes on the back piece, there are no matching holes where you need to attach it. Overall, the parts just don't easily fit where they are supposed to.In addition, the shelves are way smaller than the picture makes it look. It does not hold 3 pairs on each shelf, unless they are kids shoes. Which is disappointing. I think this product was not worth the price. I haven't decided if it's worth the trouble to take it back apart and return it, but I would not recommend or purchase this product again.

Broken already not good for big shoes

This bench is very sturdy and holds 8-9 pairs inside and 3 pairs on the shelves. My shoes are no larger than an 8 women's and my athletic shoes don't fit in the inner part. They have to stay on the outer shelves. All of my sandals and flats do fit inside though. The directions are horrible but there is a video of a guy putting it together that helped tremendously. If you need this to store kids shoes or smaller women's shoes, I would recommend it.

Assembly instructions were poorly written/displayed, quality is poor, handle was dented, and packaging was a mess. Never again.

I have a US size 8 women foot. There is no way I can store 12 pair of shoes in this. The first tier only holds a pair of shoes, to make them fit I had to place the shoes sideways. If your shoe size is bigger than ladies size 8 US you will have to place all your shoes sudewide to fit.

Poor quality and difficult to assemble. Not as pictured at all. Buyer beware

Holes for cam lock post drilled on wrong side of board. Had to drill through to other side. Luckily the holes were in a non visible area. Short on parts. in back Screws needed to be flat heads on back cover panel. did not return and am awaiting parts request. B- grade product.
