Heinie #3155RL Ledge Tactical Black Rear Sight for Glock

I ordered this rear sight along with a Heinie's front sight and both arrived less than a week after I placed my order. I didn't get around to installing the sights for a couple weeks, and, when I did, I discovered that the rear sight had been shipped without a set screw. When I contacted Heinie's Specialty Products, they apologized, assuring me that this almost never happens, which I'm sure is true, and they immediately shipped a set screw to me. The sights are excellent. I cut my eye teeth using Bomar sights on a 1911, and I prefer a plain back rear notch and front blade sight picture. But beyond that, these steel sights are tougher, more durable than the plastic Glock factory sights. They will not break or become dislodged if for whatever reason the top of the slide strikes or is struck by a hard surface or object. As far as I am concerned, these are the best sights available for the Glock pistol.

Fantastic sight, extremely durable! I keep this on my duty weapon and concealed weapon. You cannot go wrong.

Excellent rear sight. I plan to replace the rest of my Glock rear sight with this.
