IBELL Impact Drill ID13-75, 650W, Copper Armature, Chuck 13mm, 2800 RPM, 2 mode selector, Forward/Reverse with variable speed

Had faulty item, support team continuously followed up until issue was fixed & drilling machine was delivered back.Post sales services is which makes difference for product & ibell team was able to fulfill for my order.

I use it very heavily but it is still survive 🙂 I use it that much that I can't use the bit in next drilling need new ,build quality feel good I am happy With tha Product, it is quite heavy and also while drilling in concrete the machine get hot but I think it is not a concern The bits come with it is normal not not for heavy use, I not go for 650w thinking it can't drill wall that big wall 8-9-10 inch( not confirm but home big wall) so I go for 750w , now I think 650w i enough, in 750w there is no case for drill machine (2k) and 1.5k 650w and come with case, go for 750 watt if you have space to keep it and for heavy work( do mid work of hammer drill) and 650w if you need a case for it (regret I want) and for normal heavy work home

Reasonably good product for the price. The first piece I received had two problems (1 : switch lock on button not working; 2 : forward / reverse switch not getting locked in middle position).Problem 1 got resolved in the new piece (replacement was very smooth, for which I appreciate Amazon), but problem 2 exists.I have not gone for replacement, as I feel it is a problem in all machines.

No complaints whatsoever with the drill or drill quality but drill bits that come with the box are missing. When raised request to replace, Amazon refused to replace the item. If an item cannot be replaced because part of the order is missing then why to replace such orders with option to report that parts missing!

The product was good except drilling machine but the bit I got with machine is very bad because when I use the bit broke suddenly. But the machine is good
