This is awesome small compact security lock. If you stay at air bnb's alot, this lock is a must. I gave this to my daughter so she can lock up when she stays overnight anywhere. Sleep a little better knowing no one will be disturbing you.

it is not fit in door's hotels

It wasn't expensive so I thought I'd give it a try because we had a trip coming up. Two different hotels in two different towns and this lock didn't work on either door. The shaft is way too short to work. Don't bother.

As a single girl who travels, and even as a person who travels, I always sleep better when this lock is on my hotel door. Not only does it give me peace of mind, but it completely prevents someone from entering your room. There are some people who say this is a fire risk… which it may be however I find the odds of someone breaking into your room more likely. Either way, it’s easy to use (much easier than the other door locks on the internet) and simple to use. All my friends have them and love them! They are like a stocking stuffer!

My door type wasn’t specified and I should’ve read measurements and measured my door (my fault there) but it is super sturdy! Probably works well for other door types. There’s barely a gap between my door and the frame so that’s why it doesn’t work well for me.
