My only complaint is that this bottle isn’t as big as say Torani or Monin ands it plastic bottle. However it tastes exactly the same as Torani Vanilla Salt with a hint more vanilla, Easy to use, cheaper than other brands. Mixes well in cold and hot coffees. Incredible flavor, I now have 3 extra bottles on hand! Bonus the pump fits on Torani glass bottles!

Great syrup….but
The syrup came packaged nicely so it would not break/leak. Unfortunately, it did not come with the pump as stated in the product items. I specifically ordered from here because I wanted the pump. Order at your own risk.

Gross
I love their other flavors but this salted vanilla was disgusting- I threw out my drinks I made with it immediately. Maybe the salt aspect was just not for me but it was just like I was drinking salty coffee or a salty latte

Very tasty and all natural...1/4 oz per pump and made with real sugar; no HFCS!
Each pump is equivalent to 1/4 oz....3 pumps makes the perfect amount along with my Barista Blend coffee packet from Mars.

The flavor is great and can be very hard to find!!! Grab it if it's in stock!

Broken cap leaked non refundable
When I opened package today it was a sticky mess. Found the outside plastic seal covering the cap partially ripped open and the cap was cracked completely apart (see photo.) The syrup leaked through the inner silver seal. Unable to request a replacement through returns - we are not able return/replace liquids. I understand why but it does not help me and this syrup is not cheap. If there is a way to handle this other than not at all, I don’t know it. Very disappointed. If this can be corrected and I can be made whole I will change my rating because I have been a regular buyer of this product love the taste.

Love that I found this on Amazon. I use this in my coffee daily when I stop at Kwik Trip. Now I can use it at home also. So excited!

Item is damaged
Item was delivered damaged, leaked all over box and other items. Not eligible for replacement so I’m out what I paid for it.
