Works great - Perfect package
It seemed other vendors were only selling either the wired plug-in connector or the reverse polarity adapter. This item came with both as one package and also included three fuses (5A, 20A & 30A). Perfect for my needs. Additionally, the wires are heavier 10AWG as opposed to other vendors selling smaller 14 or 16AWG. Highly recommended!

Keep your car battery charged - common practice with a motorcycle
I own way too many motorcycles and there is only one of me, so they often sit parked for extended periods. While sitting, they drain their battery so it is common to hook up one of these quick connects to the battery so you can easily trickle charge the battery while it is not being used. Well, I have a truck that doesn't get used as much as I'd like, so I attached this quick connect to it and with a 3 amp trickle charger I keep the battery always charged. I have the connector attached to the battery and then ran the quick disconnect down into a wheel well. I simply park the truck and reach into the wheel well and connect the charger to the connector with the quick connect/disconnect. It works great!

The 10 gauge wire is what sold me on this product and the add on's such as the polarity reversing plug and the fuses.

They are wired correctly (it is amazing how many other SAE connectors are wired opposite)
Works perfect and wired correctly. These guys should be given a Olympic Gold medal for being one of the few who put the red wire in the correct place.My only unknown is the 30-Amp fuse. I'd have to compare it to another 30A fuse, but this one looks weaker than the 20A fuse (the center piece is designed to break in an over-current scenario) -- a weaker center piece would mean the fuse would fail under less than 20A; despite being rated for 30. I can't test this because I don't have a way to load the wire with 20A; so long story short, I installed the 20A fuse even though I would have preferred the 30.

Copper wire,quality connectors.
Well made 10 AWG copper wire harness, it comes with good quality SAE connectors/fuse holder and 3 fuses, the 10A fuse I used fit perfectly in the housing. I did replace the two "O" ring terminals and used copper lugs with smaller 1/4" holes, overall I'm happy with this purchase.
