Yes they have one for boys as well

Q: How do you secure these around a G-tube2? This one just hangs loosely

I’ve had one so far that just fell off, the others seem fine. Most importantly make sure the g-tube or any type of tube, is secure up against your stoma. I will say that they wash and dry by hand, very easily.

Q: Are these small enough for an infant's g-tube? 12 French?

As an adult with a 14 French, I'd say they are way to big for a kids size, they are even big around my tubes and don't fit snug

Q: Are these very soft or just eh?

The side that contacts the skin is soft and does not irritate the skin. The top side material is different than the bottom side. I hope this helps you. Good deal on a lot of these Button.
