For over 2 yrs I've had an energy problem almost falling asleep around 3 - 4 pm. By 6 pm I'd be taking a nap. I also noticed my brain was getting foggy and I wasn't thinking as clearly as I used to. For over 2 yrs I bough many, many different supplements on here for energy and they didn't work. I'd wind up throwing them out and wasting my money. I read an article about Rhodiola Roseasaw and found this brand and read the reviews. The very first time I took one in the morning on an empty stomach it gave me a lift for a few hrs. The next day I took one in the morning and another around 2pm. At 9 pm I was still wide awake and full of energy but still fell asleep at 11pm. It's been 2 weeks now and I take 1 in the morning and one around 2pm and my foggy mind has cleared up, I have more energy and my mood is much better. (the wife loves it too) This stuff is amazing and the ONLY supplement that really works. If I could give it 10 stars I would. If you want to quit feeling like a zombie then this is the stuff to take.

A lot better than other brands

This is my very first experience taking rhodiola rosea. I purchased this product in hopes of helping to elevate or even out my serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine levels. I have PTSD, major depressive disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, post-concussion syndrome and ADHD for which I am prescribed a few different medications. My adhd medication is the one that I've found really makes the most difference, not only in my ability to focus, follow through to complete my tasks, help to keep my mind from racing in circles, etc, but also in my mood, helping me feel more motivated while calming my anxiety and even relieving my chronic pain symptoms stemming from spinal injuries...helping me just feel pretty normal. Thing is, is that I dont want to take it every day in order to keep my dose on the smaller side and to avoid dependency. But when I don't take it, my depression and anxiety symptoms are terrible. I wanted to try rhodiola rosea until my other medications are able to be changed or adjusted, thinking/hoping that it may help ease some of my symptoms on those off days. I've tried many other supplements mostly without luck. The only one that I had success with is just too expensive to keep up with. I am very pleasantly surprised that after only a few days, I've noticed some actual benefit from this product. Of course it is not the same as taking the medication, but on the off days, my mood is definitely elevated, I am not teary, dreadful, lethargic or anxious and the pit that I often feel in my stomach goes away. No jitters or other side effects... feels very natural! I am pretty impressed with my results... this one is a keeper!

I have went through two other brands trying to shop around what works best for me. Initially I honestly chose this for the clean simple packaging. I don't people thinking I'm some crazy health nut with a million bottles of pills and vitamins. That's just me though. After receiving it i did notice a small chemical smell from it but my previous bottles of rhodiola had a kinda of similar scent so i wasn't concerned. It did disappear after a few weeks. Compared to another brand of Rhodiola I could really feel a difference in the first week. It was giving a lot more energy and alertness than I was used to with other brands. Of course after a week your body adapts and the effects are less noticeable; however i still feel they are there, just not as pronounced. I couple this with ashwaganda to give me energy and calm mind to take on my work week. I will continue to get this brand and maybe try some of there other products as well.

Easy to swallow, flavor & value for the money are relative. I've tried 2 caps 3 x's daily; morning, midafternoon & 2 in the evening, but (honestly) everyone's body is unique. Daily stressors aren't always consistently the same. So "play it by ear," and adjust accordingly. More does not necessarily equate to a better outcome. I've also found you simply cannot go wrong with always including, (if not as a stand-alone,) good 'ol ashwagandha. How much? Again, everybody is different & so are our daily, weekly, and (yes,) those "curve-ball" events that can cause us to take (sometimes,) more. Go with the flow of these "calming agents." Don't fall for the "more strength, the better it must be," gimmick. Lastly, be realistic with yourself. Take inventory of what's at the root of your stress. If you're overtaxing your body with 80 hr work weeks, not eating healthy & very little restful sleep, do you really expect a pill to compensate for the long run? Tony.

After consuming over 12 different companie's Rohodio Rosea since august of 2013. This is hands down the best. The Ptice. The qaulity, the quantity of milligrams ger pill and the quantity of milligrams per bottle is fantastic. When you consume the supplments, you will definetly feel an immediate effect, a long effect, tremendous concentration, no ill effects, and tons of other helth benefits. One of the most significant effects is that after taking the supplement after 15 days, you DO NOT GET Immuned. This is a strong argument for the ingestion of supplements and a compelling reason that who ever read this review should, at least, Try It. If you take supplements, This is a Must.

This is the best Rhodiola I have found on the market. Nice and strong. These bad boys keep me calm and firing on all cylinders. Def reccommend

Feel calmer and more relaxed

Very effective. Lots of focus and energy, which for me can slip into mild jitteriness, so I just take one capsule with my other supplements and find this dose still very effective without the over-stimulation which can actually put me off the task in hand. Overall; highly recommended.

The product is very high quality with amazing results. After taking Rhodiola it improves cognition and attention whilst reducing stress and fatigue. The product is just amazing. The bottle is compact and portable.

Was feeling a little lethargic, this product helped me improve and without any side effects.... I will continue to use it!
