Solid Bilge Pump and Fit Perfectly in My Old Housing
I bought the SEAFLO 01 Series 1100 GPH Bilge Pump for my 18-foot fishing boat after my old one quit on me. I had a much more expensive bilge pump before that looked pretty similar, and I was happy to see this one fit right into the old bilge housing with no issues. It saved me a lot of hassle since I didn’t have to mess with new mounting or brackets. This pump works great so far. It moves water out fast, and I’ve had no problems with it clogging or airlocking, which was an issue with my last pump. I took the boat out on the lake for a full day, and the bilge stayed nice and dry, even with some choppy water splashing in. The 1-1/8 inch outlet matched my setup perfectly, and I like that it’s submersible and has a 4-year warranty. It feels sturdy enough for regular use, and I haven’t noticed any leaks or weird noises. One thing I’d say is to double-check your wiring setup. I had to trim the wires a bit to fit my existing connections, but it wasn’t a big deal. Also, it’s a little louder than my old pump, but not enough to bother me. For the price, this is a great deal compared to the pricey one I replaced. It does the job just as well, and I’m glad I didn’t have to modify anything to make it fit. Definitely recommend it if you need a reliable bilge pump for your boat.

Great backup sump pump
Our DC backup sump pump system used a version of this pump same specs. They wanted 4 times the price to wire in their float into a cable☹️ I wired it into existing wires above the water line and it works perfectly! Same flow rate as OEM.

Built to last, have been running non stop for over 2 weeks
Have had it fully submerged and running a 250 gallon bait well for 2 weeks now with no issues. Was a little worried about the pumping getting beat up while bouncing around in the bottom of the tank but the pump still looks new seems to be built well. Pushes the water good and has kept the bait alive. I’ve got it hooked to a 105ah battery with a 2amp maintainer and haven’t had any power issues. Much cheaper than other pumps of lesser quality. Would recommend if looking for a bait well pump.

I love these things
I own a dozen. Hobby stuff, but used in extreme heat and in single digit temps. They all work, and have worked for years. I only wish all products worked this well. I strongly doubt it is of Chinese design. Products work too well and too long.

Excellent Bilge Pump and Inexpensive Too! (Saved my boat!)
I installed a pair of these SEAFLO 2000 GPH bilge pumps to replace my old and no longer working 1200 GPH Rule pumps and I have to tell you that I couldn't be happier. These pumps remove so much water from the bilge so fast that the only time both of them have come on simultaneously was when I first launched in the beginning of the season and I forgot to close the A/C cooling seacock, allowing a flood of water into the bilge. Fortunately, these pumps were able to remove the water faster then it could flood in, allowing me plenty of time to get to the bilge, diagnose the problem and close the seacock. Problem solved and I didn't even have to go back to the dock! Some might argue that installing bilge pumps this large is complete overkill in a 27-foot boat. However, I would have to humbly disagree. From my perspective, I'd rather have way too much water removal capacity than not nearly enough! On a side note, it was really something else to see how much water was jetting out of the bilge discharge ports as these pumps were doing their thing. You simply cannot imagine what 4,000 gph of waterflow looks like coming out of the side of a boat. Scary and impressive at the same time! Even scarier is thought of what would have happened that day if I had not replaced those old and worn out Rule pumps with these new SeaFlo pumps!PS - By the end of a full boating season, these pumps were pumping just as hard as they had the first day I launched with them installed. I expect that these pumps should last at least a decade before they will need replacing. I will update this review if that turns out to be wrong.

Perfect for medium boats
Excellent for my boat, just what I need to get the water out, and it will work for a long time. I may need to add other items.
