They were just what I needed to fit into both my shoe and the boot for my Achilles tendon tear. They fit well and are comfortable. I love the stackable layers because I only needed two layers in the boot whereas my shoe needed all three layers for me to have a balanced gait.

Product is well made and its various height settings is a plus. Simple to install and holds in place well.

Arrived quickly and lifts work well. They are a bit wide and I needed to trim.

Had trouble with physical therapy after hip replacement...leg length discrepancy. These heel lifts made my leg length even and movement was pain-free. Plus, my back pain was gone.

I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before. The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position. TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes. Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

Very good quality, especially for the price. Comfortable, well made, affordable, and works. Ordered heel lift on advice from my physiotherapist. As I recover, will remove one layer at a time. So simple but so effective.

I have a leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. These help alot.

Helped me manage mild Achilles pain without stopping running entirely. For running, I'd suggest starting with just one lift at around 0.6mm — and keep up with strengthening exercises so you can phase them out over time.

I think these heel lifts are designed for men only. The pictures show mainly men's shoes, but sizes are given for women's shoes, so I ordered them. I wear a size US 8 shoe, so I ordered the Medium size. The heel is too wide even for my athletic shoes. I finally found a pair that they almost fit, so I'm keeping them. Having written only negative things, I have to say that they feel really comfortable, so I'm sure I will benefit from them.
