They are very effective for swimming AND diving, you just don't worry about water.
The headphones work very well. It's very easy to manage audio files and charge their battery. In my case, I use them for swimming, so everything I'm about to mention refers to using the headphones underwater. Although the sound fidelity isn't as sharp as headphones that transmit sound directly into the ear, bone conduction is very practical because the headphones don't move as much as those that go inside the ear canal. They also allow for completely carefree use: you can dive deep into the water or shower with shampoo without damaging them, something that can't be done with other types of headphones. The sound is clear, the battery has a very good lifespan, the handling is simple. It's a solid and reliable product

Works great -- finally a way to listen to music while you swim, or stay aware of your surroundings.
These headphones are great. You can use them while watching the kids and keeping aware of your surroundings, and you won't miss anything. Finally able to listen to music in the pool, which makes swimming laps less boring. It's actually amazing underwater -- the music fills your skull when you're submerged. Note that you'll need to load music onto the headphones (from a PC) for using them while swimming-- Bluetooth can't transmit through water. Not sure how much music it'll hold, but it plays FLAC (!) files, which is a big bonus (if you're a lossless music collector - no conversion hassle)One of the buttons is a bit finicky and hard to press, but it eventually works (so far). Instructions are a bit unclear, but I figured it out.Great value for the price.

Decent Sound and Well Built
I order this product to use for lap swimming. The price was affordable and the reviews said the product could withstand being submerged in water. There was a small delayed in shipping due to the product coming directly from China. When the headphones finally arrived they looked well built and I was pleasantly surprise by the sound quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - a) confusing literature included in box stating not to submerged product in water, and b) no ear plugs included. The Amazon listing does show the ear plugs. No biggie, if needed I can get a pair for $5. The more important thing for me is that they work while swimming. So far the headphones still work even after showering with them on. This despite the confusion between the listing and included literature.

Best contact headphones so far - super-sweat-proof and perfect for podcasts while biking and driving
I have been biking and wearing some form of headphones for maybe 10 years in NYC. I initially used in-ear buds (illegal in the city when riding) then switched to contact speakers like this.I usually wreck headphones within a year or less. I havenāt made it through a winter yet with these, so TBD.But otherwise they are the best Iāve had for price, sweat-proof-ness and battery life. This is not high-fidelity sound-first usage. I am riding a bike and I want external noise to drown out the headphone when necessary. For me, it is a feature that I canāt hear podcasts when a truck is driving next to me.These have lasted a very long time with no sign of slowing down so far. For 7 months, I have worn them 3-6 days a week while riding between 2-4 hours a day of riding (commuting or riding for exercise). I sweat so much Iāve had other waterproofs fill with sweat and short out and die. These have lasted, even with some loose compartments (I am rough on them). I even sometimes listen to music while working (programmer) almost the whole day, the battery does not run out.The only real complaint I might say is the microphone. It is not magic and it does the āwind noiseā while I ride and talk. Also it will occasionally give a low volume overall and I need to turn it off and on.In the realm of minor bugs, I think itās little computer chip canāt properly handle both finishing Bluetooth pairing and saying it is paired at the same time, every time. So it will appear to pair on the iPhone but then unpair as it is announces it /has/ paired, and then it will dawdle and mostly re-pair but sometimes I have to go into Bluetooth menu to tap it. I use a different headphones set at home, so it happens on first re-pairing.I also use these for Waze and podcasts while driving because they do not interfere with driving sounds, just conversational flow. I wouldnāt listen to music while driving or biking tho, thatās just dumb/unsafe.
