I never leave reviews on things I purchase but this I need to. I recently lost my dad unexpectedly on Christmas Day. I spend days looking for the right urn for him. I didn’t like anything then I found this. I felt drawn to it for some reason. Now I know it was my dad telling me this is the one. I am so grateful to this company. With this being a personalized item the shipping was fast ( only a couple of weeks). The true size is bigger than I thought it would be. It is heavy and all around good quality. Even the picture is spot on. Packaged well. And just down right beautiful. I cried very happy tears when I opened the package. Now I’m not sure if the company will see this but thank you so much!! I am in love.

Perfect in every way. Heavy weight. Beautiful adornments. My son wanted his dad’s ashes. I kept a small amount for myself and keep them in this urn.

This urn is beautiful! The fact that you can customize it makes it even more precious. I spent much more on a urn from the funeral parlor for my mothers ashes, that isn't even close as nice as this one, and it cost twice as much! It is small but a perfect size to keep some of your loved ones ashes. I recently lost 4 members of my family and wished I had found this one sooner. Customer service is also awesome. I was worried about how the photo fit on the charm but Customer service responded immediately and are sending a new one. Don't hesitate to buy this beautiful personal keepsake urn you won't be disappointed.

It is more beautiful in person than in pictures and it was perfect for me. Lots of details and picture used on the urn is very clear and good quality. Highly recommended.

Holds more than expected.

For some reason I was not expecting a lot out of this. The ern is very nice/good quality. The cover is easy to take on and off and the charms are very nice. I was not expecting the best quality for the photo because of how small it is, but it is wonderful! One thing that I thought they could have done different: I ordered the birth month flower charm as well. It came in a separate baggy, not attached. It was hard to open as it's not a clasp, as well as closing it I had to overlap or it slide off the string. That is the only downfall!

This small urn is very pretty with the added decoration that goes on it. I wanted to keep some of my parents ashes and this takes up very little space and it is nice looking.

Lid does not fit on urn at all, way too small, does not tighten but sits very loosely and comes off easily.Other than that it’s a very weighted urn
