I wear a 7 1/2, this hat fit perfect. Quality of this hat is excellent. It has an elastic band so you don’t have to worry if it's a windy day. Perfect for being out in the rain, it’s so tightly weaved, the water will not go through it. The brim is big enough to keep the sun off your neck, face and shoulders. This is a good quality hat worth every penny. I’m so happy with it, I ordered a second hat.

I bought 2 hats actually one for my Grandson to mow in and liked his so much when it arrived, I purchased one for myself to wear while working on the Ranch/Farm.Only downfall is there is no string to secure it on a windy day. And with a hat of this size that is helpful! It's big and sheds alot of shade where needed! If your outdoors alot I recommend it!!

I've always wanted to have a sombrero to do my yard work like my abuelito did on the ranch. When I came across this sombrero, I knew immediately I had to have it. Once it arrived, it was neatly wrapped in plastic and boxed properly. The item fit perfect and a bit snug. I figure after a couple of weeks the sombrero will conform to my liking. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that the brim of the sombrero is a bit short. I was hoping for a wider brim but overall this is a very nice item, comfortable fit, and a great value for the money.

I work HVAC, which equals long hours in the sun, I also have a complexion so fair I get “moon burn” not just sun burn. I bought this hat to help keep the sun off my face and neck, it did just that. PLUS it’s pretty Resilient. It was crushed completely flat by a 400 pound gas pack and it actually managed to pop back into its original shape with only a minor Tear. This is my second one as the original was lost somewhere on a job. Can’t recommend the hat enough,Though my might notice a slight organic smell coming from it if it gets rained on. Still best shade hat I have ever owned. Worth the money.

Hat arrived in a large box, in perfect condition. Hat looks great! If you want to shape the hat just fill your sink with water, (take the dishes out first) soak it in water for a couple of minutes and bend it the way you want it. If you just want to shape the brim you only need a couple inches of water. Then let it dry, or if you want you can put it on and let it adjust to your head.

Nice for the money BUT fit smaller than expected. I wear a 7 3/8. EASY fix tho, palm leaf is simple to reshape, I just soaked the whole hat in water for a couple mins, let it drain then wore it til it dried. Fits good now 😉

Man I love this hat, I asked mfg many stupid questions and they took it well. Their service is just as good as this very very important Texas Sun Protection Gear Hat. Hope they stay in business all through Armageddon…

The box that the hat came in was to small for the hat (just like many others have mentioned) but after a quick search on YouTube reshaping is really easy! A quick soak in water and reshape, let it dry and enjoy! The brim is a good size and isn't to "floppy" as others have mentioned. Also a quick search showed how to stiffen the brim with gelatin.First day with this hat and so far I'm enjoying it! Now to see how the long term quality is
