I actually bought one of these, and then two more because I liked the first one. The first one I liked A LOT more since the pieces stayed together unless I wanted them apart. The second one constantly comes apart, and since that was not really the feature I bought it for, I just used duct tape to permanently hold it together.The first one is in the hands of my significant other, and she puts it in her purse. It did not take long for the lettering to start to come off significantly. Although mine does not take that amount of abuse just sitting on a night table, I have noticed that mine also started to wear slightly, and I have owned all of them for only about two months. I have a feeling that I may end up using my label maker to replace the markings at some point.The third was just because they were on a great sale that day, and it sits unopened for now as a potential backup.

It’s a great pill tray. I like, as an arthritis sufferer, how easy the compartments are to open and close. Be careful if you have curious kids, or if you keep a day’s compartment in your purse. Kids can open these with ease.The individual compartments hold quite a few pills. I take several large caplets and capsules a day, and there is still room for the little pills.The only thing i can really complain about is the printing on the compartment covers. It rubs off very easily. I wound up just wiping it off with a napkin and using a sharpie to rewrite the days of the week myself. Pic attached.

Size: I can fit 4 fish oil gel caps in one opening. I wanted something small to put some newly prescribed "little white pills" and the size is perfect for that. The daily unit is just shy of 3 inches long and not an inch wide or tall. The closure is secure.The day units connect by sliding together. This I did not like in practice as it is plastic and stiff, and difficult to line up. Some days were a looser fit and came off as I was trying to connect the stiffer fit. Ya, not going to work for me, need to return it. Sadly "THIS ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN"If you need something small to carry a few pills to work or just put in your pocket, or purse - perfect.Arthritic hands would have difficulty maintaining the connection of the 7 daily units, for reason described above and shown in the photos.

Having individual days removable is a necessity. You never know when you might be away from home during pill time. 😉Unlike other similar products I’ve used in the past, these lids snap closed. I’ve yet to find loose pills in my purse thanks to this.Easy “fix” to keep text from rubbing off...buy clear stickers & carefully cover all the text before even using the case!===Update: 06/14/21Still going strong! I have used it every day and not only do the individual daily compartments stay put (unless I remove them) but none of the plastic has even remotely cracked.

This pill reminder is awesome. I love that you can detach it and take it on the go as some time I don't have time and need to get out the door ASAP and just grab that days pills put it in my purse and go. It helps me remember if I took my pills that day or not so I'm able to keep track of what I'm taking and what I'm not so I don't double dose. Very handy.I do know a lot of people had problems with the days rubbing off with normal wear so I did put some clear nail polish on the days immediately when I got it and it seemed to solve that problem to this point. :)

I bought another one of these to replace one that sadly didn't make it after a dog got a hold of it. (No pills were eaten :) ) I love that you can take off just a couple of days for a long weekend, this has worked perfect for me for several years.

Not only do I really like this pill organizer, I can’t tell you how many times I can’t remember if I took my pills, but now there’s no question, I just look to see if I did or not. Very helpful and I love that they can be separated so I can pop them in my bag daily.

I generally like this but I've only had it 5 weeks and the lettering has worn off. I only handle them on the day I fill them, then a couple times a day the day I use them. I'd also like them better if the days could be arranged to start with any day you like but the start and finish days are fixed because there isn't a slot to slide into the adjacent day on one side of the start and finish days. As much as I generally like the design, I'm going to have to get a different system because some pills I only take on certain days.

This is a good quality case, not flimsy. Compartments are large enough to fit fish oil and other larger supplements. They are detachable so you can just take one with you each day in your bag which is handy. Just wish they'd make pill cases that aren't boring colours or design. *update: have had this about a month and the lettering has started to wear off

I love how i can detach them.. if i am out for the day or going away for the weekend, i just bring the days necessary. the only downfall is that i have only had it for a few months and the writing on the compartments are fading significantly..

One of the closures is a bit loose and has been since I got it. The days and am/pm have started to rub off which kind of sucks since ya know, I need to be able to see the days to make sure everything is right with my meds.

I’m really happy with this pill case. The fact I can detach the sections if I’m going away for a couple days is the main reason I chose it, and it does not disappoint. Each section is large enough to hold several vitamins and supplements.

I thought I could start the week on Monday but you can't, the way it goes together Sunday and Saturday have to be the ends. Otherwise works great.
