The longer tunnel makes it easier to hold and use the Medela Harmony hand pump. The yellow rim is way easier to see milk or soap residue than the flanges with the white rim.

I got these to use with my Medala Harmony manual pump. They fit perfectly. I have been using for a few months now without any issues.

This is a quality replacement part. Im a third time exclusive pumper. Would buy again.

The round shape was a better fit for me than the traditional oval, however the white part is removable and gets milk under it easily.. unlike the oval ones that have the build in edge part. Plus it takes much longer to air dry due to the folds. I did just buy some wipes which may help speed up process vs. Washing/drying after every use.

These worked perfectly for me and my handheld pump!

The flange tube is too long for me even with elastic nipples and person with larger boobs the cupping was a bit smalls as well

Here’s my no bias and honest review because it seems that what the rest are. I’ll compare against medela maxflow shieldsSizing: 24mm is ever so slightly bigger than medela, the tube is about 1.5x longer which is great and the initial reason I bought them.Fit: For myself, they fit wonderfully! I can however see someone with a very small or very large chest having issues if you are a bigger B or average c, I can’t see there being issues. I’m also no sure how well these would work if you are engorged or extremely full, in those situations I think taking the silicone off until you have soften up would work best.Comfort: 10/10! There was no pinching.

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.

The shields came quickly and does the job.
